How do I track my order or arrange a return?+
Please manage tracking, returns and refunds through the store where you placed your order, within its return window. If you're unsure how to start, message us below and we'll point you in the right direction.
My camera arrived faulty. What now?+
We're sorry about that. Use the form below, select "Warranty & repair," and include a short photo or video of the issue along with your order number. Every Lendoo camera is covered against manufacturing defects, and most cases are resolved within a few business days.
How do I extend my warranty to 100 days?+
Simply get in touch. Send us a message with your order number and we'll extend your Lendoo camera's coverage to a full 100 days, well beyond the standard return window.
The camera won't connect to WiFi or webcam mode.+
Most setup issues are quick fixes. Make sure you're using the included data cable and the latest app version, then message us with "Product / setup help" and we'll guide you step by step.
I bought from a third-party seller — am I covered?+
Lendoo's warranty covers cameras purchased from authorized channels. If you bought from a third party, send us your order details and we'll let you know your options.
